At TrophySmack, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your championship gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all non-customized items. Please note that personalized trophies and custom engravings are final sale due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the eligible items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original TrophySmack boxing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
